Support Overview
Our technicians are able to repair all makes of Windows computers including Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Compaq, And APPLE/MAC computers. We offer our repair through many options to meet your needs. Below are many options to get you computer system back up and running.
Carry-In Service
Carry-In Service is available for computer repair, or upgrades by appointment at a Flat Fee Rate. All hardware purchased will be installed free of charge. Operating System re-install service is a Flat Rate of $150.00, which includes the loading of newest device drivers and all current Microsoft Updates and Security Patches. Same Day Service is available upon request. This Does not include backing up of all old data before Computer Rebuild.
On-Site Support
On-site computer repair or support is based on an hourly rate or per incident. Appointment preferred between the hours of 7:30am-10:00pm all week, we are 24/7 so we will arrive at your convenience. Please inquire about the cost saving options by subscribing to our monthly maintenance plan.
Phone Support
To get technical assistance by phone, call (973) 944-1755. If the hardware/software in question was purchased from us within the last 30 days your support call may be free of charge! This will be determined by the technician based on the question. Otherwise, calls will be billed at a rate of $50.00 for first hour and $20.00 for each additional hour. This service is available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
